We specialize in all things Webflow. We develop scalable Webflow solutions using industry-leading frameworks like Finsweet’s Client-First and MAST backed by clear documentation, making it easy for you to maintain and grow. And obviously with Webflow, you have full control. Whether it's managing your CMS, publishing articles, or updating text and images.

    Long-term support

One of our key strengths is our long-term support. After the initial handover, we stick around to ensure everything runs smoothly. • Frequently Asked Questions

    • What is Webflow?

Webflow is a powerful platform that lets you design and build websites visually, without needing to code. However, it’s important to note that, beneath the surface, it still operates with HTML and CSS. While it simplifies the process, some technical knowledge might still be needed for more advanced customizations.

    • How long it takes to create a website?

The timeline depends on the complexity of the project. For smaller sites, it typically takes 1-3 weeks from start to finish. Larger or more complex sites, especially those requiring custom functionality or intricate animations, may take longer. We’ll discuss a more detailed timeline during our initial call.

We also play "Firefighters" from time to time—while it’s not something we actively seek, we’re in this for the long run. If you’ve got a press release coming out and previously hired agency didn’t deliver, we’re happy to step in, put out the fire, and get your website live on short notice.

    • What kind of companies do you usually work with?

We’ve worked with companies of all sizes—from early-stage startups with just 1-2 people to enterprise teams with 30-40 people on meeting calls. At the end of the day, it’s less about the size of your company and more about the project and the quality of the design.

And between us—psst—we’re always excited to take on a fun one-pager with cool animations and imagery!

    • Will my site be responsive on all devices?

Yes! Every site we build is fully responsive, ensuring it works smoothly on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. In most cases, we can also help create the mobile layouts directly in Webflow, saving your team hours of work. With our design background, we can handle the responsive adjustments in much less time, allowing you to focus on the next page instead of preparing mobile versions in Figma.

    • What does your process looks like?

As with everything we do, we keep it simple—no complex meetings or having multiple people from our end involved. You’ll be dealing with just one or two of us throughout the project, so communication stays clear and efficient.

Once the design is ready (or partially ready), we usually have a kick-off or handover call to review the design, animations, and behavior expectations. We’ll also go over any third-party integrations (like HubSpot forms or Ashby API) and outline what’s needed from your side. From there, we’ll create a list of deliverables and start checking off pages one by one.

The majority of the time is spent building your site. Once a solid part is done, we’ll share a staging link for feedback while we continue working on the rest. Most of this process is managed via Slack or Loom videos to save time on meetings unless you prefer otherwise.

When the site is complete, we review each page to ensure everything is perfect before launching. We also handle all the final touches like page tagging, adding tracking scripts, and making sure CRM connections are properly set up.

      Then—Release.

And how does it look after the release?

After the initial release, we transition to a rhythm of weekly deliverables. Every Monday, we agree on tasks for the week—whether it's adding new sections, launching marketing pages, or making updates based on your feedback. We can track progress in any tool you prefer, such as Figma, ClickUp, JIRA, or even a simple spreadsheet. Communication remains streamlined, primarily through Slack, to keep everything moving efficiently. This approach ensures we stay aligned on priorities and deadlines.

We make it a point to fit into your workflow without adding unnecessary tools or complexity. Whatever works best for you, we’re flexible.

    • Do I need to have the design?

Having the design ready is ideal, as it allows us to dive straight into important discussions and accurately scope the project. Seeing the full design—including interactions and details—makes it much easier to estimate the timeline and cost. The clearer the design, the smoother the process.

That said, if you don’t have the design yet, we can still start initial discussions, reserve time in our schedule, and even assist during the design phase. By collaborating early, we can ensure everything is feasible and set you up for a smooth development process once the design is finalized.

    • How should I have my designs prepared for you?

Over the years, we’ve seen a wide range of design deliveries, so don’t stress too much—we’ll guide you and request any missing parts if needed.

However, to make the process as smooth as possible, here’s a checklist to aim for:

      1. Desktop versions of all pages.
      2. Mobile versions or expectations for complex sections from the desktop designs.
      3. Open Graph image for social media sharing.
      4. Favicon and Apple touch icon (32px and 256px).
      5. Designs for all states of interactive elements, like tabs or accordions, not just the initial view.
      6. A style guide with typography and color specifications.

With these in hand, we can get started efficiently and ensure everything turns out just right!

    • How much does it cost?

Our projects start at $5,000, with a standard 8-page website typically costing around $10,000-12,000. For ongoing maintenance, we charge $175/hour, and you only pay for the time you actually use—there are no monthly fees unless work is done. So, if you go three months without any updates, you won’t have any charges during that time. We believe in keeping pricing transparent and straightforward.

    • Will you prepare our site for SEO?

Yes, we make sure your site follows SEO best practices—clean code, proper structure, meta tags, and optimized images. But it’s important to note that good SEO takes time, plenty of content, and sometimes even a bit of luck. While we’ll ensure everything’s up to standard, being #1 on Google with a one-page site might be as likely as winning the lottery—possible, but don’t bank on it!

    • Who will be working on the project?

You’ll work directly with the team members featured on this site—no outsourcing involved. For most of your project, you'll primarily communicate with Jan or Tomáš. For highly customized builds, we may also involve Roman, who specializes in advanced JavaScript logic.

In most cases, we collaborate and communicate through a Slack channel to keep everything organized and ensure prompt responses.

    • Do you handle migrating my old site?

Yes, we handle site migrations as part of our services. Whether you’re moving from another platform or just updating an existing site, we’ll ensure a smooth transition. We’ll work closely with you to migrate your content, design, and functionality to Webflow, minimizing downtime and preserving your SEO rankings. Just let us know your current setup, and we’ll take care of the rest!

    • Which CRMs and Integrations do you have experience with?

We’re experienced in integrating CRMs like HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Salesforce into Webflow. We’ve also worked with Greenhouse, Ashby to dynamically list job positions. Whether you need custom forms, API integrations, or marketing automation, we’re ready to explore and implement the solutions that best fit your project.

    • Will I be able to edit my site after it's live?

Absolutely. With Webflow’s user-friendly CMS & Editor mode, you can add new content, update images, and make changes without a developer. And of course, we’ll be around to support you if any questions come up!

    • Are you comfortable working with agencies?

Yes, yes & yes. We’ve partnered with numerous agencies and are a key collaborator on many of their Webflow projects. We’re happy to work alongside your team, starting our part of the project as soon as specific design phases are completed. This approach helps speed up the process and ensures we meet your deadlines.

    • When can you start?

We typically can start within a week of our initial discussions. While we’ve handled tight deadlines before, to ensure a smooth process, it’s best to initiate the conversation with us as early as possible—ideally alongside your design partner or agency. This way, we can adjust our schedule and be ready to kick off your project on time.
